Founded by Victoria Price, Mark Slater and Chris Gawne and now led by Mark, Chris and Gareth Williams, the firm strives to be a law firm with a fresh approach, a culture in which staff feel supported and empowered to develop in their careers, a law firm that we would have wanted to work for. To enshrine the firm’s commitment to this ethos, in 2024, we became an employee-owned firm.
