He joined us as a Consultant solicitor in 2013 running his own limited Company Pegasus Law (UK) Ltd. Based in South-East England, Peter has represented child and adult victims of serious injury – including birth brain injury and acquired brain injury in adults – as well as other maximum severity cases involving damages amounting to millions. Peter is a former member of The Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme and a former Assessor on that scheme. He is also a former Accredited Clinical Negligence Specialist with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) and was a Fellow of APIL. Peter has given presentations on Clinical Negligence to various interest groups, including clinicians and the police force. He presented material on Medical Law at Masters Degree Level and was a part-time university lecturer a number of years ago. He has also been a part-time lecturer and mentor on the Legal Practice Course at the University of Westminster. Peter is a keen fisherman, cyclist, runner and walker and loves spending time travelling in his camper van, ‘Van Diesel’, with his wife Angela through the UK and Europe.
