Samantha Speers

Samantha is a Solicitor in our Clinical Negligence team with a primary focus on serious and complex medical negligence cases, representing clients who have suffered life-changing injuries as a result of negligent treatment.

Possessing more than five years’ post-qualified experience and over 10 years’ experience in the clinical negligence sector, Samantha works with clients dealing with a wide range of medical scenarios, including delayed cancer diagnoses, surgical errors, spinal injury cases and fatal accidents.

Before joining Price Slater Gawne, Samantha gained experience as a Solicitor at a well-known national law firm, where she focused on high-value cases and ran her own case load. She also attended hospital interviews and assisted clients with NHS Complaint Procedures prior to becoming a qualified Solicitor.

Samantha’s dedication to helping sufferers of medical neglect seek justice and compensation extends outside of her daily duties. She previously spent more than a year volunteering for the Action against Medical Accidents helpline, where she offered pro bono advice to those who may have experienced medical accidents.

Samantha has also been involved with fundraising for the Spinal Injuries Association, in addition to being on hand to provide guidance during their community group sessions for members of the public suffering from spinal cord injuries.
