Jackie Rawcliffe

Jackie has more than 25 years’ experience in Family Law, with extensive experience of practising all aspects of Family Law. She specialises in cases involving high value financial disputes, cases surrounding the division of assets and complex child arrangements.

Jackie is also a trained Collaborative lawyer, enabling her to work with couples to try and resolve the issues surrounding divorce without going to court. This approach is focused on maintaining communication between parties and attempting to reach a resolution to matters in a collaborative manner.

She works closely with clients throughout their case and to support them in what can be a challenging time in their lives. She is very personable, understanding and supportive in her approach. Jackie receives most clients through recommendations, demonstrating how well her relationships with clients are maintained.
