Her role sees her not only assist with the investigative elements of negligence claims, but also provide clients with compassion and clear communication throughout their unique journeys within an often-complex area of law. Emma began her career as a Clinical Negligence Litigation Assistant in 2016 and has previous experience as a qualified Solicitor at several well-known Yorkshire-based law firms. She completed her LPC at BPP Law in Leeds following an undergraduate Law degree at the University of Sheffield. Outside of work, Emma has been active as a volunteer for Sheffield Smashers, a club for the seated ball sport boccia, which is an accessible game for those with disabilities and a fixture in the Paralympic games. She has also volunteered with Support Through Court, a charity whose work empowers members of the public who currently have no legal representation to navigate the legal system more effectively.
