Within her role, Farzana assists clients during the investigative stages of their claim including reviewing medical records, instructing medical experts and counsel. She is very client focused and committed to working with clients to assist them in accessing the rehabilitative care and support required, following their injuries. In her free time, Farzana has been involved in the Legal Advice Clinic at the University of Manchester, assisting people in obtaining access to legal advice.
