Gabrielle Chapman

Gabrielle is a specialist Court of Protection solicitor. She offers clients significant experience in Court of Protection, Mental Health and Personal Injury matters; she has worked with local authorities, advocacy services, barristers and independent experts in order to assist in best interest decision making for clients. Gabrielle is able to advise and represent our clients through every stage of the Court of Protection process, ensuring the best care, provisions and plans are made for the individual in need of this level of protection.

Her role includes the management of financial deputyships, assisting those who are unable to manage their finances independently, and she provides expert legal advice that ensures people have access to the right medical care, residential protection, social services and financial support when they need it most.
