Olivia Larkman

Olivia is a Trainee Solicitor in our Clinical Negligence team, under the supervision of Joe Eley. She is involved in investigating cases through to settlement, including the collation of medical records, instructing medical experts and liaising with clients.

Prior to joining Price Slater Gawne, Olivia completed her Legal Practice Course and worked with a Personal Injury firm, gaining experience in cases surrounding Occupier’s Liability. She also completed placements with NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership and South Wales Police, all of which have provided her knowledge and experience, which she regularly calls upon for the benefit of clients.

Olivia has also previously undertaken Pro-Bono work involving representing and assisting Tanzanian mineworkers (and their dependants) who had suffered often catastrophic human rights violations by mine employees and state police. Her work was referenced at a Parliamentary Joint Committee on human rights chaired by Harriet Harman.
